Visitors are not permitted. • All guests must complete the required community registration and wear their Aquatika identification wristbands while on the property. • Keep the apartment’s main doors closed and lock the apartment whenever you leave. • Please turn off lights and A/C when not in use. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘀. • 𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘃𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗲-𝗰𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀 inside the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $200 fee applies for smoking, vaping or e-cigarette use inside. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Spend the day enjoying the resort, then unwind on your private covered balcony overlooking a pool and playground. Pool hours are 9:00 AM–1:00 AM. The water slide is open on weekends from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM and closed on weekdays. Individual amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather or community operations. 🐝 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 The apartment includes a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, everyday essentials, beach chairs, a cooler and 2 designated parking spaces. Both bathrooms have safety grab bars. The HOA requires a one-time $12 wristband fee for each registered guest, up to the apartment’s maximum occupancy of 10 guests. The fee is paid separately before check-in. All guests must be registered and wear their wristbands while on the property. BBQ is permitted only in the complex’s designated BBQ areas, never inside the apartment or on its balcony. Gazebos are reserved for property owners.
