Visitors are not permitted. • All guests must complete the required community registration and wear their Aquatika identification wristbands while on the property. • Keep the apartment’s main doors closed and lock the apartment whenever you leave. • Please turn off lights and A/C when not in use. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘀. • 𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘃𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗲-𝗰𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀 inside the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a $200 smoke-remediation charge, subject to applicable booking-platform policies. • 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Excessive noise, unauthorized gatherings or disturbances to neighbors are prohibited and may result in action under applicable community and booking-platform rules. • 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. • BBQ is permitted only in the complex’s designated BBQ areas. No BBQ inside the apartment or on its private terrace. Gazebos are reserved for property owners. • Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in the pool and water slide areas. Follow all posted resort rules. Glass containers, food and beverages are not permitted inside the pools or water slides. 🗑️ Please bag and dispose of your trash in the garbage area located in front of the kids playground. Do not leave bags outside the apartment. • Treat the apartment, private terrace and shared community areas with care and respect.

☀️ 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗞𝗔 Aquatika is a gated, resort-style community in Loíza with beach access, 5 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis, playgrounds, mini golf and sports courts. Enjoy the amenities, then return to your two-level penthouse and private upper-level terrace. Pool hours are 9:00 AM–1:00 AM. The water slide operates on weekends from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM and is closed on weekdays. Individual facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather or community operations. 🐝 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 The penthouse includes a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, everyday essentials, beach chairs, a cooler and 3 designated parking spaces. The HOA requires a one-time $12 wristband fee for each registered guest, up to the penthouse’s maximum occupancy of 8 guests. The fee is paid separately before check-in. All guests must be registered and wear their wristbands while on the property. BBQ is permitted only in the complex’s designated BBQ areas, never inside the apartment or on its private terrace. Gazebos are reserved for property owners.
